Job Description
A senior role for an experienced Platform Engineer, join our team to work on exciting infrastructure projects and help advance our service offering. 
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Support and guide platform engineering team members

  • Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing

  • Prioritise team tasks and coordinate project activities

Technical Ownership

  • Design, build, and maintain cloud architectures and SaaS products

  • Continuously improve operational metrics and system reliability

  • Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLO) and Service Level Indicators (SLI)

  • Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis

  • Shape product definitions and service offerings for internal and external stakeholders

Required knowledge, skills, and experience

Technical Skills

  • Security Operations (SecOps) and security best practices

  • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  • Cloud-native architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)

  • CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks

  • Drupal CMS platform management and optimization

  • CDN/WAF configuration and management (VCL, edge computing)

  • Observability and monitoring (metrics, logging, tracing)

  • Network architecture and troubleshooting

  • Linux system administration and containerization technologies

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Team leadership and mentoring experience

  • Ownership mindset and proactive approach

  • Excellent communication skills in cross-functional teams

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Experience

  • 3+ years as a Platform Engineer

  • OR 5+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Work location
This is a remote position within Europe (+/- 2 hours from CET). However, our teams work closely together and we encourage employees to visit our offices in Frankfurt, Berlin or Conil whenever possible.
